Dear members of Labyrint,
On the 3rd of November, the General Assembly took place during which many different presentations were given. Board 78 presented their financial end report. Board 79 presented a rebudget for the year 2025-2026, they nominated a new keybearer for 2025-2026 and they nominated a new G.A.-chairman and -vicechairman. The Advisory Board of last year presented their end report. Lastly, new members of the Formation Committee were installed. Announcements & updates
At the beginning of the General Assembly (G.A), there was room for announcements and updates from the G.A Chairman, the Board, and the committees. There were some announcements or noticeable updates. The Board announced that the confidential contact persons of this year are Helena Vermeulen and Nico Olyerhoek, and that the mediators are Fleur van Paassen and Sophie ‘t Hart. Furthermore, they announced that at the end of the year, the Labyrint app will be evaluated through an evaluation form and the statistics will be used for the future. Finally, the Board announced that this is the first G.A. where everyone can participate in the G.A. bingo!
The Advisory Board has no announcements. The Treasury Committee approved the Budget of Board 79 subject to a number of amendments. The Treasury Committee also announced that Lotte Vinkenoog has been discharged as a member of the Treasury Committee of 2025-2026. This means that they will be looking for a new member. People could send an email with a small motivation letter to kascommissie@labyrintleiden.nl by the 7th of November at the latest.
Finally, all the committees gave updates regarding their activities or products. All of the committees have started working on their first activities. The following activities will take place soon: On November 14th, the Quiz Night of the Education Committee. The Starting Committee will organize their first year's activity on the 19th of November, which will be a pubcrawl. The Wellbeing Committee has their first mental wellbeing activity on the 25th of November. The Party Committee will have their first party on the 26th of November. On December 3rd, the Inhouse day of the Network Committee will take place. Finally, the Congress Committee will organize their first lecture on December 8th.
Financial Final Report Board 78 2024-2025 and Specification
The Treasurer of e.t. Board 78 presented the financial final report of the year 2024-2025. He talked about profit and loss accounts.
Presentation Rebudget Board 79 2025-2026 and Specification
The Treasurer of Board 79 presented a rebudget for the year 2025-2026. Some adjustments had to be made, mainly because the expected membership income was much lower than original expectations. Nomination Key Bearer 2025-2026
Naoual van den Heuvel has been approved as key bearer of the year 2025-2026.
Presentation End Report Advisory Board 2024-2025

Nomination G.A.-chairman and G.A.-vicechairman 2026
Axel van der Goot has been approved as G.A.-chairman and Myrthe Lindeboom as G.A.-vicechairman of the year 2026.
Nomination Formation Committee 2025-2026
Lynn Weisscher, Lisa van Hoek, Axel van der Goot, Nico Olyerhoek, and Kimberly Struik have been approved as members of the Formation Committee of 2025-2026.
Any Other Business (A.O.B.)
The Board gave an additional announcement that the G.A. of the 17th of November has been moved to the 1st of December due to unexpected delay in the process of changing the statutes. Additionally, as follow-up of the G.A. of the 3rd of September where the board change took place, one resolution presented by the Advisory Board was passed by the G.A. During this G.A., the new statutes and their changes will be presented, as well as the end report of the Treasury committee, the yearplan of the Advisory Board and more.It starts at 6:30 PM at FSW and there will be cake and bingo!
NOTE: This is a Dutch event. However, it is possible to authorise someone online to vote on your behalf during General Assemblies. You can do this via the Labyrint website. Online authorisation can be done until two hours before the General Assembly starts.
