  • Are you ready for an energetic challenge? Do you want to help Labyrint in winning the World Cup in a competitive tournament? Register yourself and your friends NOW for the football tournament of StOP (Study Association Consultation Platform)! The football tournament will be organised on the football fields of the University Sports Centre and will take place on the 28th of May 2019 from 13:00 until 18:00. The tournament is accessible for all members of all member associations of StOP! The costs per team are €5,- and can be transferred to NL23 INGB 0006 6569 10 with subject Football Tournament – ‘name association’. You can register with a team via the link below. Registration is open until Wednesday the 8th of May. The matches will be played on a half field with teams of seven against seven. You can bring a maximum of six substitute players. Are you with too many enthousiastic players or running short on some? Don’t worry! Each association can register multiple teams or can take part in a combined team with another association. Furthermore, we ask each team to bring one referee that can lead a couple of matches at times the team itself doesn’t have to play. After the grand revelation of the winner of the tournament, there will be a traditional third half at the bar of the University Sports Centre.   • Together with all Psychology Study Associations in the Netherlands, Stichting Studieverenigingen Psychologie Nederland (SSPN) has organised the National Psychology Congress on the 23rd of February. This year, diverse themes will be highlighted in the form of TED Talks. The congress will be opened by Work and Organisational Psychology professor Kilian Wawoe. Following the opening, three subjects will be discussed: Forensic Psychology by Vivienne de Vogel, Clinical Psychology by Haza Rahim, and The newest technological developments in psychological research by Peter Slijkhuis.
