Privacy statement
Labyrint makes sure that personal data is protected and handled with care. It is important for us that this process is clear to all members, which is why we made a privacy statement. This statement is translated to English to ensure all our members can read it.

GGD
Labyrint takes the social safety of its members seriously. The goal is to strive for an approachable association where everyone respects each other, where you can develop yourself and where you have the room to make mistakes. Daarom heeft Labyrint in samenwerking met GGD Hollands Midden meerdere documenten opgesteld die de sociale veiligheid binnen de vereniging moet waarborgen. For this reason, Labyrint, in collaboration with GGD Hollands Midden, has made several documents designed to ensure social safety within the association. Examples are a code of conduct and sanctions protocol. In addition, protocols have been developed that provide clarity in the case of an unexpected evens, such as a calamity or the passing of a member. This interactive infographic (in Dutch) has been made for members to give a clear overview of the policies: of who is responsible for which part of the association and the safety within the association. This document provides information on, among other things, the purpose of the policy and the roles of the board, the confidential contact person, and the mediator. For questions regarding the policy, you can contact the board or the Advisory Board’s GGD task group.
