Members of merit are those, who, on the basis of extraordinary merits for the association or within the framework of the objective of the association, have been appointed as such by the General Assembly and have accepted this appointment.
Honorary members shall be those who, by virtue of extraordinary special merits for the association or within the framework of the objective of the association, have been appointed as such by the General Assembly and have accepted this appointment.
