If you have a dispute with another committee member or with the board, and you feel like you can’t resolve the issue yourself, you can contact our mediators. They will try to help you end the conflict by mediating a conversation. Needless to say, they will never choose sides and will handle your information confidentially. Sophie 't Hart
Sophie is doing her master's degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology. She also enjoys working at Leiden University within the Student Welbeing team. She has been with Labyrint since 2019 and has seen many sides of the association over the past years: as a committee member in two committees, a year as Chairman of Labyrint, as A.V. president and as a member of the Treasury Committee. She is still now A.V. Vice Chairman and a member of the Advisory Board. Her candor combined with this knowledge and experience within Labyrint can hopefully serve you well in a possible conflict.
