In the academic year 2026–2027, Study Association Labyrint has the following committees:
All Years Weekend Committee (AJWcie)
The AJWcie organizes a three-day trip to a city abroad, such as Antwerp or Lille. The weekend is all about having fun, meeting other members, and strengthening the bond between students from different years. The committee has complete freedom to choose the destination and activities for the weekend. In addition, the AJWcie organizes a cantus during Lustrum Week, a typical student evening filled with singing and drinks, as well as a reunion!
Almanac Committee (Almanakcie)
The Almanakcie creates and publishes Labyrint’s annual yearbook at the start of the new academic year. The almanac features, among other things, contributions about all of Labyrint’s committees and the highlights of the past year. The committee also organizes a theme reveal, the almanac release, and a social activity of its own choosing. A great committee for anyone with a creative mind and an interest in design!
Congress Committee (Congrescie)
The Congrescie organizes educational activities designed to broaden students’ knowledge and perspectives. The committee organizes, among other things, a lecture and the PTP Congress (Psychologists’ Future Perspectives Congress). If you enjoy bringing interesting speakers to campus and giving fellow students insight into their future career opportunities within psychology, the Congrescie is the committee for you!
deSofa Committee (deSofa)
The deSofa Committee creates Labyrint’s magazine: deSofa! The committee writes articles, works on the layout, and brings together a beautiful new edition three times a year. In addition, the committee organizes two small release parties and a writing session to promote each new edition. Can you see yourself writing an interesting article, or perhaps creating the perfect illustrations and layout for a page? Then the deSofa Committee could be a great fit for you!
Education and Career Committee (EduCarcie)
The EduCarcie organizes activities for students who want to learn more about the psychology field and the career opportunities available after graduation. The committee organizes, among other things, two workshops and an alumni activity. These events give students a better idea of the many career paths within psychology and are therefore also interesting for master’s students. In addition, the committee publishes an alumni newsletter three times a year, keeping Labyrint alumni up to date with relevant activities and developments within the association.
First Years Weekend Committee (EJWcie)
The First Years Weekend Committee is a semester committee responsible for organizing the First Years Weekend: the ultimate introduction weekend for new members. The weekend is packed with fun activities, social evenings, and plenty of opportunities for first-year students to get to know each other and Labyrint. The committee also organizes an information evening and a reunion. Together, you make sure that new members get the best possible start to their student life!
Party Committee (Fecie)
The Fecie organizes three themed parties and a pool party throughout the year. As a committee member, you get plenty of creative freedom: you decide on the theme, location, and overall concept of each party. Together, you get to create the parties you would want to attend yourself!
Formation Committee (Foco)
The Formation Committee is responsible for forming Labyrint’s new board. The committee attends the board information evening and conducts the interviews with applicants for board positions. In doing so, the Foco plays an important role in ensuring the continuity and future of the association.
Introduction Committee (Introcie)
The Introduction Committee is dedicated to giving new members a great start to their time at Labyrint. The committee organizes the First Years Weekend, the ultimate introduction weekend filled with fun activities, social evenings, and opportunities to get to know both fellow students and the association. The committee also organizes an information evening, a reunion, and a Parents’ Evening, where parents get the opportunity to visit the university and experience a glimpse of where their child spends their student years. Together, you make sure that new members immediately feel at home and have an unforgettable start to their student life!
Social Activities Committee (SoAcie)
Throughout the year, the SoAcie organizes a variety of social activities, including a Christmas dinner, a boat party, a pub crawl, and a social activity of their own choosing. All activities are centered around having fun, meeting other members, and strengthening the bond within Labyrint!
Lustrum Study Trip Committee (Studiereiscie)
The Lustrum Study Trip Committee organizes a multi-day trip outside Europe: the biggest Labyrint trip of the past five years! During this special trip, the committee organizes a variety of social and study-related activities. The committee has plenty of freedom to decide on the destination and shape the programme themselves. They will also organize a reunion after the trip.

Lustrum Committee (Lucie)
Do you want to be part of the biggest celebration in Labyrint’s history? The Lustrum Committee organizes the Lustrum Gala and two exciting activities during Lustrum Week. From coming up with creative ideas and arranging all the details to creating events that everyone will be talking about afterwards: you will be involved from start to finish. You will also help design a unique Lustrum merchandise item that will be sold to Labyrint members. If you want to organize something big, get creative, and work together with a fun group to create an unforgettable lustrum, the Lustrum Committee is for you!
Sports Committee (Sportcie)
The Sports Committee organizes three activities throughout the year, focusing on both physical and mental health. Together, the committee organizes two accessible sports activities as well as the Laby Run, a sponsored run that raises money for a charity focused on mental health. From coming up with ideas to organizing and running the events themselves, you will be involved every step of the way.
