NIP – Psychology Students Section: A Step Forward!
The NIP (Dutch Institute of Psychologists) is the professional association for psychologists in the Netherlands. It is a nationwide association that represents the interests of psychologists across the country. The Psychology Students Section is the student section of the NIP. It serves as a bridge between psychology students and the professional field, while also providing the NIP with information and insights into the challenges that psychology students may encounter.
The Psychology Students Section is responsible for several cities where Psychology is offered at universities. For each city where Psychology can be studied, one member of the National Psychology Students Section Board is responsible for maintaining contact with that city. The Career & External Affairs Commissioner is the point of contact between Labyrint and the National Psychology Students Section Board of the NIP.
The Psychology Students Section Board aims to support psychology students by providing information about career opportunities. This helps students gain a better understanding of the possibilities available to them after graduation and enables them to make more informed choices throughout their studies.
As a student, you can become a member of the NIP for €45 per year. Are you a Labyrint member? Then you can join the NIP with a 67% discount, meaning that membership costs only €14.85 per year.
