13. The participant agrees that their phone number will be added to a WhatsApp group with all other participants of the trip, as well als the organizing committee members and board members. *

15. I allow Study Association Labyrint to make and publish photos made during this trip. In case I do not feel comfortable with photos being taken of me, I will contact the board. *
16. The participant hereby declares to have filled in the registration form truthfully and to agree with the method of payment *
17. You are able to unsubscribe for the trip at any time. It is only possible to get your money back if the place can be filled by another member from the waiting list before the 10th of March *
18. Study Association Labyrint cannot honestly be blamed for anything for which the participant is responsible in accordance with the applicable laws *
19. Study Association Labyrint cannot be held responsible for: damage caused by natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism and political unset and the (un)intentional infliction of damage to third part *
20. Study Association Labyrint cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the activities of the trip *
21. The participant agrees to participate in the mandatory program components during the trip. These will be described in the program booklet as such. *
22. The participant agrees to follow instructions from both the organizing committee and the board of Study Association Labyrint at all times during the trip. *
23. The participant agrees that Study Association Labyrint may pass on their personal information given above to third parties, when these third parties require it for organizing parts of the trip *
24. The participant declares that they are responsible for their own travel insurance *
25. Participant agrees to not partake in any and all illicit drug use at any point throughout the trip. *
26. Participant agrees that failure to meet with the terms listed under points 14, 21, 22, or 25 may result in the participant being charged €60,- *
27. Participant agrees that failure to meet the terms listed under point 25 may result in the participant being excluded from the rest of the trip (sent home) or future Labyrint trips. *
